Thanks to its particularly compact vacuum chamber, the B 425 achieves a very high cycle output, even with smaller products such as poultry, fish and pieces of cheese. The B 425 is equipped as standard with two sealing bars, and it is possible to load from both sides. If it is to be used in automatic lines or with automatic loading, it can be equipped with just one sealing bar. Intelligent solutions such as the patented blow-out rail for pouch necks, as well as the textured infeed plates, ensure reliable and uninterrupted operation in non-stop mode is achieved. The B 425 has a wide range of equipment options and incorporates the MULTIVAC Hygienic Design™. When combined with the comprehensive range of MULTIVAC components for loading, shrinking, drying, quality inspection and labelling, the B 425 can be upgraded to an efficient packaging line.
