RADIAL ANTI-BACKLASH THREADED NUT WITH HELICAL SPRING These threaded nuts are designed for precision positioning and not only eliminate the axial backlash of the screw drive but also readjust themselves during operation. This is achieved by means of a helical spring that pushes a tapered ring and thereby forces the flexible elements of the nut against the lead screw.
