The VRSF series is an in-line planetary gear reducer that is constructed in a light aluminum frame complete with helical gears and a bearing span that is capable of providing optimum accuracy and torque transmission as well. The VRSF operates at a significantly minimized noise level compared to standard planetary gear reducers that greatly rely on spur gearing. This gear reduces is available in 3 backlash modes: the standard backlash, which generates 15 arc/minute; the reduced backlash operating at 5 arc/minute and the precision backlash running at 3 arc/minute. This series is also designed in 4 frame measurements namely B, C, D, and E, all of which carry a torque capacity of 91 Nm across a wide range of ratios.
