When compared to the other cooking methods, steam cooking presents many gastronomic, nutritional and economical advantages. For these reasons, NILMA was the first in Italy to introduce steam cooking and, through Quick-Steam models, offers these advantages to the restaurants and small catering centers with lack of space.
