Air cleaner of 1 ym precision ,oil filter of 10 ym precisionwith large capacity,guarantees the safe long time operationof the machine.Firstly,the oil vapor is going through the centrifugalseparator and then through the secondary separation toreducing the oil content of the outlet air to less than 3PPM.By using precision filter the oil content can be furtherreduced to 0.001PPM.It is optional to configure the precision filter so that the airquality meets the practical requirement od the application.
