NTE PROCESS’s big-bag loader – Model M502 is a complete work station equipped with a weighing system which allows the operator to work in a clean and safe environment, without dust leakage, thanks to an integrated filtrating system. The station allows a semi-automatic work cycle and accurate filling. It can be equipped with a roller device for big bag handling, safety gate, and light barriers connected to control and safety systems. Pneumatic cylinders ensure the stabilization of the bag through specific loading assumptions. Available with the following characteristics: • 304/316 stainless steel construction; • Compliance with Atex 94/9/CE zone 20/21 – 20/22; • Customization for all big bag dimensions; • FDA design.
