Description

With its flexibility, multifunctionality and excellent manoeuvrability the MCO-MEGA is the ultimate mega trailer of Nooteboom. This is due to the combination of hydraulically steered axles and an extendible load floor with a loaded floor height of only 98cm approx. With the double extendible version the perfectly flat load floor can be extended to just over 29m. Thin neck with proven steering A unique feature of the MCO-MEGA is the proven hydraulic-mechanical Nooteboom steering in combination with an ultra-thin gooseneck. No vulnerable electronic steering is used at all. The hydraulically steered axles make the trailer extremely manoeuvrable. This steering system also saves costs because tyre wear is kept to a minimum. Outstanding reliability, low running costs, long service life and a high residual value result in a high Return On Investment. The large distance between the axles ensures that the permitted axle weight of the MCO-MEGA is 10 ton per axle at 80 km/h without exemption. Moreover, the low dead weight offers an extremely high payload for transport within the legal limits as well as transport with permit. Top-quality The unique central box-section main beam made of high-grade steel guarantees a strong chassis with great torsional stiffness and a low dead weight. The finish and conservation are top-quality, the chassis is always fully hot zinc sprayed. With the MCO-MEGA Nooteboom offers a top-quality mega trailer manufactured with A-brand components only.
