Roundness measuring instrument AccuScan 6000

Overview
AccuScan 6000 is a four-axis scanning diameter and ovality gauge providing extended circumference coverage and high accuracy to help products meet tight design and quality specifications. It measures diameter and ovality around the product circumference from four directions, making it suitable for wire, cable, tube, hose and other extruded or drawn cylindrical or shaped products.

Notes
The four-axis scanning design reduces blind zones compared with two- or three-axis gauges, improving detection probability for lumps and neckdowns and providing a more representative average diameter. The system's calibration algorithm enables high single-scan repeatability for inline quality control.
