Overview
The NTE Process Spray Dryer (NTE Process (powered by Ohkawara Kakohki)) enables rapid, efficient atomisation of liquids and slurries across a range of viscosities. Using patented spray nozzles, it produces engineered powders with very precise particle-size distributions down to <10µ, delivering powders with high flowability, solubility and dispersibility for straightforward conveying and storage.

Applications
Suitable for technical ceramics, fine chemicals, food and nutraceuticals, pigments, flavourings and additives. Closed-loop configurations allow safe processing of explosive powders and flammable solvents with options for inert nitrogen systems.

Spray Bag version
The Spray Bag variant features a removable, washable fabric drying chamber that simplifies production changeovers — particularly useful for pigments, flavourings, additives and pre-mixed food products where fast cleaning and contamination control are critical.
