Our TJA11xx products are IEEE BASE-T1 compliant standalone automotive Ethernet PHYs, offering a great fit for applications like ADAS, infotainment and communications. Our latest PHY family is drop in compatible, enabling platform designs with the optimized PHY product for 100 Mbps or 1 Gbps data rates. Automotive Ethernet PHY Transceivers Portfolio The TJA1100 is IEEE 100BASE-T1 compliant. The single port Ethernet PHY Transceiver is designed and fully qualified for automotive applications. TJA1101B is the revision of the successful TJA1101A. The high performance, single port automotive Ethernet PHY is compliant to IEEE 100BASE-T1. TJA1102A is the revision of the successful TJA1102. The high performance, dual- or single-port automotive Ethernet PHY is compliant to IEEE 100BASE-T1. TJA1103 is the third-generation product of NXP’s successful family of 100BASE-T1 Automotive Ethernet PHYs. TJA1104 is the first MACsec enabled product of NXP’s successful family of 100BASE-T1 Automotive Ethernet PHYs. TJA1120 is a robust 1000BASE-T1 PHY for Automotive Ethernet use cases, developed according to ISO26262 ASIL-B, supports shieled (STP) and unshielded (UTP) twisted pair cable applications.
