The Ringmaster serves for the highly accurate measurement of inside and outside diameter, roundness and concentricity of ironing dies for 2-piece beverage can manufacture. The Ringmaster sets standards for measuring accuracy, easy of use and reliability and is therefore in use on all continents. OEG GmbH provides the full range of measuring equipment for deep drawing tools for the 2 piece beverage can manufacturing like ironing dies, redraw dies, punches, necking dies or knock outs. We provide highly accurate, optical non contact measurement for inside and outside diameter, roundness and concentricity of rings, outside diameter and contour (form) of punches and we offer a measuring sysem for the inside shape profile of ironing rings. Additionally we offer special software to create tolerance model data for punches and inside ring shape, which enables the operator to compare the measured date with the CAD data. All instruments are special developed for the beverage can industry and meet especially the needs in the can plant toolrooms.
