Overview
OKKURA's UNIFIED PRODUCTION is a material handling system designed to streamline digital fabric-cutting production lines by integrating vertical roll storage, automated feeding, operator workstations and waste handling. The system reduces manual material handling, speeds up cut cycles and improves operator ergonomics.

Components

• ROLLMATE: vertical roll storage available in multiple widths and capacities
• FEEDER: automated material feeding unit for continuous delivery to the cutter
• WORKSTATION: standing-height workstation at the cutter delivery end for weeding and sorting
• WASTE HANDLING: end-of-bed collection and material extraction solutions
• VACPICK: OKKURA vacuum picker operating from compressed air to aid safe material pickup

Workstation
The configurable standing-height WORKSTATION is positioned at the cutter delivery end for efficient weeding, sorting and post-cut handling. Options include waste handling integration, lockable drawers for tools and blades, roll holders and storage shelving. Workstations are built to order to match site workflows and operator requirements.

Vacuum picker (VACPICK)
VACPICK is a pneumatic vacuum picker that uses positive pressure from compressed air (no permanent vacuum line required). Suction is adjustable via air pressure and the tool converts quickly to a blower by rotating a side dial. It reduces operator reach, fatigue and injury risk when lifting cut parts from the bed.

ROLLMATE & automated material handling
ROLLMATE stores material rolls in widths 1,600 / 1,800 / 2,000 / 3,200 mm and supports up to eight rolls (max diameter 600 mm, max weight 60 kg per roll). In partnership with Syteo, an automated carousel Rollmate is available for single-operator storage and retrieval in 1,600 / 1,800 / 2,000 mm widths with optional single-operator load trolleys.
