The Expand XF fume extraction system delivers professional-grade air purification for laser cutting and engraving applications. Engineered with advanced filtration technology and intelligent control systems, Expand XF ensures a clean, safe working environment while maximizing operational efficiency. Expand XF systems are designed for extended filter life and minimal maintenance, reducing your total cost of ownership while maintaining peak performance.

All systems come with three high efficiency individual filter systems ensuring comprehensive capture of respirable dust and Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs), Pre-filter, HEPA filter and activated chemical/carbon. Intelligent flow regulators and easy to use user interfaces are features of the system.
Filtrabox uses high-performance HEPA filters with an impressive tested efficiency of 99.999% @ 0.3 microns. This means that it removes 99.999% of the most aerodynamically penetrating particles, known to be 0.3 microns, while smaller and larger particles are even more effectively captured, resulting in extremely clean air, free of respirable dust.
Filtrabox’s blend of both high-performance activated carbon adsorption media and potassium permanganate chemical treatment media offers the broadest range of laser VOC protection available.


6 models are available to meet demands from small laser systems and light-duty applications through medium-duty applications with higher Volatile Organic Compounds (VOC) generation to ultra high-volume industrial production. They use combinations of different capacity filters and blowers.

Modularity for Serviceability.
Filtrabox fume extractors comprise of many complex electronics components and sensors to monitor and control their performance. However, we have simplified the Filtrabox by consolidating the components into two simple and removeable modules:
Electronics Module: This module includes all the interface, control and power systems.
Blower Module: This module includes the blowers and flow sensor.
