Design & ManufacturingThe range includes standard geometries (bearings, piston rings, cup seals, guide rings, etc.) and fully custom parts co-developed with customers. Capabilities cover precision machining, molding, rapid prototyping, in-house testing and assembly. Parts can replace metal components to reduce mass and enable complex geometries and advanced processing methods. Typical components: bearings, rings, seals, piston rings, vanes, thrust washers, wear components, bushings, guide rings, wear liners, clamps and thermal isolators — sizes from miniature up to very large diameters as required.
