Our aseptic buffer tanks ensure maximized efficiency and minimized product loss during sterile production.
In many cases, the filling and closing capacity of the filling bench is a limiting factor, particularly with small-scale laboratory and pilot operations. By installing a buffer tank between the UHT and filling bench, it enables a continuous process that offers consistent quality and minimized product loss.
The aseptic buffer tanks are available in a range of sizes, including 50L, 100L, 200L, 400L and 600L.
