It clamps mold instantly with strong permanent magnets (Neodymium magnet, Alnico magnet). Pascal mag clamp (Magnetic clamp) is a mold clamp system for injection molding machines that clamps the mold with powerful magnet force. The clamp plate is one set of two plates for movable platen and fixed platen sides. Mold can be adhered and detached instantly（0.5-4.5 seconds） Energization required only when switching on and off. No energization required during clamped condition. No electricity consumed, thus no heat generation. No need to unify the mold sizes. As the mounting space for mold and automatic clamp is not required, the mold machine surface can be maximized. Even if the mold height is not unified, the horizontal loading can be performed by simply adjusting the load level.
