Description

Our mixers are realized to work in modern food processing plants, for their production capacity, high quality of the dough, hygienic design features and safety devices. The continuous mixer mod. MA is available in different sizes, from 200 kg/h up to 1.000 kg/h, and up to 2.000 kg/h with the double tank.

MAIN TECHNICAL FEATURES:
 Chute volumetric dosing system to dose with precision fany kind of flour, complete with loading lug with
anti-bridging agitator and level probe;
 Dough water feeding plant with peristaltic pump managed by VSD to adjust the capacity;
 Tubular centrifugal group for the fast pre-mixing of the liquid and powder ingredients;
 Tank profile entirely polished to reduce the dough adhesion to the inner walls;
 The mixer is fully wash-down with high-pressure water and detergent;
 Dough mixing group divided by the support and movement transmission mechanisms to guarantee the
maximum hygiene level and avoid any contamination to the dough;
 Level control proble keeping a constant quantity of dough in the working tank;
 Realized in stainless steel complete with platform and access staircase;
 Electric control panel at the machine edge, to control the system in manual mode.
