The applied technology with the double independent thermal circuit allows to control and optimize the steam consumption, reducing the required energy.
MAIN TECHNICAL FEATURES:
The structure is entirely made of stainless steel AISI 304.
Fully wash-down through a high-pressure water jet and detergent;
Mineral wool insulation limiting the thermal dispersion on the entire structure;
Pasteurization thermal treatment with a dry saturated steam system sprayed from ramps placed over and under the belt, and steam on the radiant battery for the chamber conditioning.
Process parameters, temperature and pasteurization time controlled by PLC for automatic adjustment.
Steam inlet plant complete with accessories and devices to adjust the inlet flow, spray ramps, condensation recycling system.
Adjustment of the treatment time through conveyor belt speed.
Cover with a special bending to avoid that the condensation falls over the product.
Easy cover opening through an electro-mechanic command to reach easily the inner zones during the clea-ning operations;
Precision aspiration of the exceeding steam at the input and output of the pasteurization chamber with inde-pendent ventilator.
