Description

The pre-dryer is used to reduce the fresh product humidity when coming out from the pasteurizer; it lowers also the Aw water activity to the desired values for an optimal conservation of the product. The hygrométrie conditions of the treatment chamber are adjusted through a combination of air flow extraction and sprayed steam injection, ail controlled automatically by the PLC.
The dimensions of the machine can be customized according to the specific drying effect required. The continue solution where the product falls over several horizontal conveyor belts is suitable for a long conditioning, in a
machine characterized by a compact size.

MAIN TECHNICAL FEATURES:
 Structure entirely made of stainless steel AISI 304;
 Possibility to adjust the drying time by modifying the conveyor belt speed, each belt is controlled by an independent
motor managed by VSD;
 Heat exchanger made in copper and aluminium;
 Efficient and uniform ventilation through axial ventilation activated by electric motor, managed by VSD for air
flow modulation;
 Insulating panels covered in stainless steel plated with polyurethane foam, PVC edges with tightness sealing;
 Frontal and lateral panels hinged for easy access to the inner parts during the cleaning and maintenance;
 Machine fully washable with high pressure water and detergent;
 Inclined bottom to facilitate the drainage of condensation and washing / rinsing water;
 Transport belt net complete with lateral chain, pulling and return pinions, chain adjuster, all made in stainless
steel;
 Pre-arrangement for the C.I.P. Cleaning In Place system;
