The rotary cooker has been designed for cooking long and short-cut pasta, filled pasta, vegetables and other food products. Thanks to its high productivity, it is suitable for the industrial production in small spaces. The product is completely immersed in water at a pre-set temperature to guarantee a precise temperature control for a uniform pre-cooking for all types of treated products.

Water heating made through external heat-exchanger type water/steam. A thermo-regulation system keeps constant the temperature in automatic mode;

Rotors side panels easily disassembled by clamps for cleaning and maintenance;
