Description

The rotary cooker has been designed for cooking long and short-cut pasta, filled pasta, vegetables and other food products. Thanks to its high productivity, it is suitable for the industrial production in small spaces. The product is completely immersed in water at a pre-set temperature to guarantee a precise temperature control for a uniform pre-cooking for all types of treated products. MAIN TECHNICAL FEATURES:  Frame and rotor entirely made in stainless steel AISI 304 with thermal insulation for tank and cover for energy saving;  Machine entirely washable with high pressure jet and detergent;  Water heating made through external heat-exchanger type water/steam. A thermo-regulation system keeps constant the temperature in automatic mode;  Continuous water movement inside the cooker to ensure a uniform cooking temperature;  Easy access to the tank inner areas thanks to the cover lifting system, complete with security lock;  Rotors side panels easily disassembled by clamps for cleaning and maintenance;  Main cooking parameters like water temperature, cooking time and rotor speed managed by PLC according to the receipt pre-set;  Special infeed and outlet chutes designed to smoothly convey the product;  Inlet ramp complete of water spray nozzles for product pre-conditioning;  Complete with push-button operator panel to manage the main manual controls.
