Description

NE-IL: IO-Link Signal Beacon – interact with sensor information Corresponding to the worldwide standardized IO-Link technology, PATLITE´s signal beacon visualizes information from sensors and actuators. As soon as an abnormality is detected, the signal beacon provides a visual and acoustic warning. The Touch Sensor on top of the signal beacon enables you to interact with the received sensor information and can be operated with bare hands and gloves. Once your staff solved the problem, a simple touch deactivates the alarm. The M12 connector enables easy installation and replacement. The NE-IL has both a digital and analog input. Thus, the beacon can be connected to sensors with and without an IO-Link connection. By programming the multicolor LED (red, yellow, green, blue, white, purple, cyan) you can customize the visual information. The buzzer with a loud 88 dB increases safety since you add an acoustic warning. Product Features: • Capacitive touch sensor enables real-time status confirmations • Equipped with a Digital/Analog input function for connecting devices not compatible with IO- Link. The NE-IL acts as an I/O hub, able to send data from sensors to the IO-Link master • Features an M12 connection for quick and easy installations • Real-time notification of equipment abnormalities enables operators to perform maintenance right away, reducing bottlenecks and downtime • Up to 7 colors can be emitted to indicate different equipment conditions • High protection rating for operation in harsh environments • Frosted lens evenly distributed light for unambiguous indication
