Description
The pH tester / pH meter is an industrial measurement system for continuous monitoring and control of pH in liquids. With a durable design and integrated temperature compensation, the device provides precise and stable readings under demanding conditions. Measurement is performed with a high-quality glass electrode combined with a reference electrode. Measuring range pH 0 to 14, resolution 0.001 pH, accuracy ±0.1 pH. The system features a 3-inch TFT color display showing readings, status indicators and settings. Operation is via a keypad with menu navigation. Operating modes: measurement, calibration and data storage. Calibration can be single- or two-point. Real-time temperature compensation ensures accurate values at varying temperatures. For integration into industrial control systems, the unit offers two 4 ... 20 mA analog outputs, three relay outputs (SPDT, 250 V AC/30 V DC, max. 5 A) and an RS485 interface with Modbus-RTU. Measurement and calibration data can be stored and recalled via the display. Enclosure rating IP55, sensor rating IP68. Typical applications: wastewater quality monitoring, industrial process control, drinking water monitoring, surface and groundwater measurement.
