Description The acoustic camera PCE-AIC 50 is a measurement system for fast, reliable localisation of sound sources and detection of compressed-air, gas and vacuum leaks. Equipped with a 64-channel MEMS microphone array, high-resolution optics and advanced analysis software, it provides precise acoustic visualisation in industrial environments. The combination of acoustic and optical capture enables real-time visualisation and documentation of acoustic events.

Functions and applications The device captures signals from 2 kHz to 100 kHz, covering audible and ultrasonic noise. Detection range is approx. 0.3 m to 50 m. Typical use cases: preventive maintenance, industrial inspection, condition monitoring of machines and plants, localisation of compressed-air/gas/vacuum leaks, partial discharge detection, troubleshooting of mechanical components and noise source analysis in production, energy, building services and research.

Video / recording / transmission Built-in storage (8 GB) with Micro-SD expansion up to 512 GB. Create and save analysis reports directly on the device. Supports Wi‑Fi (2.4 GHz and 5 GHz) for wireless image transfer and convenient data handling.
