Description

IR-10 Long Range Card Reader for vehicle entry checkpoints IR-10 long range card reader for outdoor use is designed for reading and interpretation of proximity card identifier and for transferring of identifier to ACS controller. The reader operates with EM-Marin and HID proximity cards (HID ProxCard II, ISO prox II; EM-Marin IL-05ELR, ЕМ4100). Card reading distance – max 100 cm. IR-10 reader operates through RS-485 or via Wiegand interface. IR-10 long range card reader operates as a part of the automotive check-point, which is designed to control the passage of private and company vehicles. It operates together with the barrier controller. The reader is installed on a mounting arm, which is included in the standard delivery set. The additional equipment includes BH-03 post. The mounting arm and the post are rated at intensive wind force and have anti-corrosive coating. The post allows mounting readers on different levels to provide comfortable passage for both passenger cars and for heavy trucks. Up to 8 IR-10 long range card readers can be connected to CT/L04 controller, which operates one barrier. They can be installed on different levels (up to 4 paralleled readers for the entrance and up to 4 paralleled readers for the exit). Reader operating temperature allows using it outdoors.
