IC05 Card capture reader IC05 Card capture reader is designed to withdraw visitors’ temporary passes and is operated by the ACS controller that supports visitor’s cards. Installation of the card reader inside the card capture reader depends on the controller characteristics. IC05 card capture reader is used to capture and store temporary cards of the visitors when they are required to return the card upon leaving the facility. IC05 card capture reader is a multi-purpose device that doesn’t have limitations on choosing different types of cards and interface formats of the reader’s output. Enlarged hole slot for visitor’s cards withdrawal allows collecting cards with clips which is an advantage for enterprises where access cards are used as badges. Reading of the permanent and temporary cards is performed when the card is vertically dropped for two-thirds of its length into the hole of the card capture reader. Card capture reader is designed in a style of ST-01 speed gate – housing is made of polished stainless steel and its’ top cover is made of tempered glass. One of the key benefits of PERCo card capture readers- easily removable card containers. Container is located on the front side of the card capture reader which allows mounting of the card capture reader close to the turnstile or wall. Card container capacity – 350 cards.
