Product overview
The SC55 | SC65 is a CNC cutting center with 1 controlled axis, designed to cut PVC profiles at high speed and precision. The machine loads profiles from bar stock, cuts and unloads workpieces autonomously without operator assistance. Working direction can be configured from left to right or vice versa according to customer requirements.

Main functions
The software, developed entirely by Pertici Industries, improves management of the work cycle and cutting lists and automatically interfaces with the main cutting-list processing programs available on the market.

Bar loading unit
The automatic bar loading unit has a capacity of up to 10 bars with a maximum length of 6.6 m and is equipped with a bar presence detection device. Thanks to the arrangement of the belts, short lengths down to 400 mm can be loaded.

Cutting unit
The cutting unit uses a Ø600 mm blade for the SC65 and a Ø500 mm blade for the SC55. It performs cuts at three main angles: 45° – 90° – 135° (intermediate angles available as an option). During cutting the profile is clamped by a special centering device that positions the blade rotation center in the center of the profile section, enabling automatic wedge cuts.

Safety and waste handling
The cutting unit is fully guarded with a front door that provides access for calibration, cleaning and maintenance. At the rear, the machine is equipped with a dedicated evacuation system for cutting waste and swarf.

Unloading and storage
The automatic unloading unit places cut pieces into a special storage bench equipped with a safety photocell; the storage bench has a capacity of 12 pieces.
