The “OA” Open Air PTGV model is our entry point in the range of capsules deduster/polisher with metal check. The system does not have any containment features and is only available in 3 heights. It can be equipped with a metal detector, an empty capsule eliminator and an automatic drum loading system. A high speed rejection mechanism instantly rejects non-compliant products. Three different detectors are available: Lock, Ceia, Safeline. The construction of this special frame allows to save space in the production room and reduces the retention areas. In addition, the circuit of capsules is totally closed between the inlet into the deduster and the outlet of the metal particle detector. The ECE feature, short for Empty Capsules Eliminator, guarantees 100% production without empty capsules. An optional drum loading system allows the drums to fill automatically.
