Description

Machine for filters thats wraps and glues bands onto cylindrical filters in various positions and in different quantities. Machine can work cylindrical filters with a diameter range 115 mm to 380 mm and length range 100 mm to 2500 mm (machine, under construction, can be modified to work cylindrical filters sizes larger than standard). Machine is made up of a carriage where a feeder unit is fixed for the band, an automatic scissors to cut the band, a series of adjustable and motorized white rubber wheels on which the filter is placed, an electrical panel with PLC to perform the machine cycles perform’. In a few seconds can be programmed from 1 to 8 straps position; The band can be of different types of material (cotton, polyester, etc. …). Hotmelt machine, hose and the nozzle are not included in the machine but it is possible to apply any type of Hotmelt machine. Operator places the filter on the wheels, then presses the START pedal to start the automatic cycle: during the unwinding of the band, the glue is deposited and then cut to the set length. At the end of the first winding, the carriage will automatically move to the next position and so on.
