This equipment can be used to produce the following end products: Facilitate the Operator in Positioning the Parts Facilitate the Assembly Operation Hydraulic Press Assembly Operation The device is used to facilitate the operator in positioning the parts under the hydraulic press, for the assembly operation. The system consists of the following parts: – N.2 iron bases with sliding groove for the cylindrical shoe – 2 skids with seat, for the insertion of the centering jig – N.2 supports complete with proximity to control the position of the shoes – N.2 pairs of pneumatic locking modules to lock the shoes in position – N.1 pressure switch to control the activation of the locking modules – 5 bar pneumatic supply, the operator activates the lever to release the skids, then pulls the masks towards him, and inserts the details. At the end of the operation, it pushes the masks to the end of their travel and activates the locking lever to stop them in the working position. Notes: The data included are not binding
