Rotary 11 is a Wire Harness Assembly Line formed by a dynamic carousel-like structure. Trays move in control over the defined working areas, by sliding on low-speed rails. Support and sliding structure is flexible and modular allowing prompt setup adjustments.
Flexible Structure design with modular and interlinked modules (3 to 5m).
Standard dimensions (height 1.5 m ; length variable up to 4.5 m; width 0.7 to 1.2 m).
Hight adaptable Modular Trays with variable length (min 2m; max 4.5m) and width (min 0.7; max 1.2m).
Working area with regular inclination.
Conveyance on low speed rails.
Line movement according to start-stop principle with variable drive controlled speed (1m/min to 4m/min).
PRODUSI CONTROL software for an integrated control system.
Wire protection canvas with emergency system (EC directive) for the entire line.
