Door loading and unloading system

Global system consisting of loading and unloading system and wagons for synchronous supply of a mix of door models. The components are packaged on the loading/unloading stations and on the wagons by rollers made by polyamide for not to damage the doors. The unloading stations are equipped with a manual system for moving the doors inside the wagons simultaneously. It has a system that allows to block the movement of the doors during carriage and transfer all the components with only one movement. The positioning of the wagons near the loading and unloading stations is made with the use of a guide system in two-axis. Wagons are equipped with bumpers and signalization in order to be used in an external environment.
