Precision boring head design for fine finishing. Integral insert pocket design for boring heads sizes 22, 27, 32, 42 and 54. Insert cartridge design for boring heads sizes 68, 85, 100, 200, 300, 400 and 500. Boring heads and cartridges available for different insert styles (CC.., CN.., TC.., TP.., WC.., etc). High precision adjustment through a graduated dial featuring 0.002 mm. readout precision on diameter. Pre-load device between body and slide block to prevent movement when tightening the lock screw for working. All cartridges have their radial adjusting screw for individual setting of them over the slide block. Change to different insert style or approach angle by simply exchanging the cartridge.
