Product overviewFine wires made of pure tungsten and potassium-doped tungsten are designed for demanding medical components such as brain stimulation, neuronal research, surgical robots, stents, catheter guide wires and electro-surgery. With minimum diameters down to 0.010 mm, these ultra-fine wires provide high radiopacity due to tungsten's density, supporting image-guided procedures.
Materials and qualityAvailable grades include pure W and specialized tungsten alloys (WK65, WL10). High material purity, electropolished surface finish, very low diametral tolerance and freedom from surface fissures contribute to biocompatibility and consistent mechanical performance. Each production batch is subject to comprehensive in-house laboratory testing and quality control.
