Filling and capping line for the packaging of stevia in 400 g pet jars. with screw cap. The cap is loaded manually. The line consists in: •rotating loading chamber with electronically variable speed, •conveyor belt controlled by gear motor unit, •PNP device for stopping and selecting deposits •volumetric auger doser for powder dosage, from 5 to 5000 gr. •cap containment tank •single-head capper with 1 closing head •pneumatic device for blocking the container during screwing. Production: about 400 pcs / h. •Ideal solution for : salt - sugar - stevia - powders - granules - spices - coffee.
