The loading Transomat makes the feeding of the high-speed cutter much easier and optimizes the entire workflow. It is no longer necessary to load the material laboriously from the pile onto the machine yourself, but it is automatically taken from the stack and pulled onto the Transomat pallet. The Transomat unit takes off reams with a height up to the full clamp opening. When using reflection keys or chip marker (optional) you can even take off precise quantities (for example using counting slips). The material is taken off lengthwise which means on the short side. A pusher moves the ream onto the rear table of the High-Speed cutter. While the cutting machine is unloaded the new ream to be cut can be transported onto the rear table. The next loading process has to be started manually in this case. This way, the cutting machine output is considerably increased. The Transomat unit TR 4 BL 150-5 is always arranged on the left of the high-speed cutter.
