Description

Aseptic whipping equipment designed for the ongoing aeration of diverse products within the broad application scope of the milk processing industries. • Applicable for whipping, aerating, and blending various items in the food and dairy sector – including Mousse au Chocolate, yogurt, drinkable yogurt, butter, cheese, and more. • Features a stainless steel mixing head, along with a temperature-controllable stator and rotor. • Includes injection points preceding the mixing head. • Utilizes advanced aseptic sealing technology – allowing all seals to be flushed with condensate, even during the production process. • Equipped with a colored 7″ or 10″ touch display. • Capable of controlling multiple external additive pumps. • Implements automatic air dosing through a gas controller, adjusting the air or nitrogen volume in proportion to the product flow, ensuring continuous and recipe-compliant aeration. • CIP and SIP processes are controlled via PLC.
