PRESTO offers feeder systems that can feed various types of cardboard to auger compactors. They speed up the material intake and prevent material from bridging above the auger shaft.

Feeder system type MZ 3 for flat cardboard

• 5 feeder elements with three spiked stars made of Hardox metal running at a small distance from the auger shaft

Feeder system with PU slab for open cardboard boxes

• Slow-moving shaft with a 15 mm thick polyurethane slab running against the sense of rotation of the auger shaft
• On the SP type the PU slab is driven by the main drive via an intermediate shaft
• On the SPN type the PU slab is driven directly by a geared motor
