Description

D0 series - welding diodes in disc design. Welding diodes are intended for high current rectifiers. Since welding equipment has rather low operation voltage flowing through the diode, to provide high voltage and more sufficient current density we use thin semiconductor elements. These thin welding diode housing ensures low thermal resistance Rth. Welding diodes are based on semiconductor elements manufactured through alloy technology. At the moment Proton-Electrotex offers 4 types of welding diodes in ceramic housing and housingless design. Features of our diodes: • Semiconductor element Dia: 51 – 65 mm • Proven quality • Nominal current: 7100 – 12500A • Industry standard design • Widespread and popular device type • Improved thermal cycling capability and ruggedness • Ultrasonic welding of power terminals and interconnections • Vacuum soldering • Enclosed metalceramic disc housing Options: • Shipping devices in assembly with heat sinks • Selecting devices for parallel, serial and mixed connection • Custom designs Applications: • Welding equipment • High current rectifiers Why Us: • 22 years of successful operation on power semiconductor market • A leading semiconductor manufacturer in Russia • High qualification of engineering personnel • Well developed distribution and partnership network • Strong relationships with components and materials suppliers • Well organized business process corresponding to advanced requirements of quality management • Up to date production facility Brand: Proton-Electrotex Country of origin: Russia You can find the full range of our welding diodes on our website via the link: http://www.proton-electrotex.com/eng/product/welding-diodes
