Description
Designed for caulk tubes and other similarly shaped product, this custom system features an infeed shoot, star wheel with pockets for pacing, a top-mounted wrap station, horizontal roller chain conveyor, and protective Lexan enclosure around entire system.
Products are loaded onto the infeed chute by a customer-furnished transfer, separated and aligned by the star wheel and labeled by the Q125 servo label applicator. The top-mounted wrap station belt rotates and impresses the label around the product.
