QGM grass stone mould adopts low carbon high quality steel with case hardened. The clearance is 0.5-0.6mm. The holding web use imported wear resistant steel, robust and proven. Mould box applies wiring cutting processing, has vertical angled and smooth side wall, combines with aesthetics and practicality. According to customers’ requirements, various contours and geometries are feasible. The tamper shoe and wearing part can be replaced. With 3D scanning technology, we provide digitalization free surface design.
