3 µm to 14 µm lenses from CaF2, ZnS, ZnSe, Ge, Si, and GaAs and 6 mm to 250 mm diameters with typical surface flatness of λ/10 (at 633 nm). REO uses advanced plasma source (APS) coating technology for highly densified thin films resulting in superior environmentally durability.
