Description

Overview
The iQUBE³ junction box converts analog load cell signals into a stable digital output and provides embedded diagnostics to report load cell status, voltages and error conditions. It increases noise immunity and supports plug-and-play configuration to simplify routine scale maintenance and speed troubleshooting.

  • CPU supports networking up to five iQUBE³ four-channel boards (24 A/D channels total) for connection of up to four separate scales
  • Diagnostic routines for weighing errors and overall system health
  • Detection of overload, underload, zero reference shift, drift, noise and unbalanced conditions
  • Onboard status LEDs including bi-color indication for load cell health
  • Load cell emulator to compensate for a failed load cell and maintain weighing operation
  • Cal‑Match® algorithm for automatic trim and one-pass calibration using test weights (stopping over each load cell)
  • Two option slots for I/O or communications expansions
