A high level automatic jar filling machine incorporating a 280 litre twin skin hopper, PLC control, and interlock guarded fill area. Designed to operate in conjunction with a scroll feed conveyor, it provides damage free and highly precise depositing of hot or cold liquid, semi-liquid and suspended solid products such as honey, preserves, condiments and sauces. It was built for a condiment producer in Ireland to accurately fill 28g jars but is fully adjustable to cater for other size containers.
