Description
Fully automatic rolling up and slitting machine, working from original gauze rolls (from loom, non-woven and special fabrics).
Specially designed to obtain pre-cutted gauze rolls to be used in the feeding of our automatic cutting and folding machines for the production of compresses (swabs) models SNS-3, SNS-4 and SN-3V-PA.
Maximum width of the feeding roll: 1.400 mm.
Maximum diameter of feeding roll: 1.200 mm.
Maximum diameter of pre-cutted rolls: 1.200 mm.
Inside core diameter on pre-cutted rolls: 76 mm.
Maximum working speed: from 0 up to 200 meters/minute (depending on quality and type of fabric to be used)
5 cutting systems by circular blades.
Cutting system by means of mobile and adjustable blades that permits to get final pre-cutted gauze on selected widths.
Electronic frequency inverter.
Constant linear speed by means of detector and electronic system.
Both rolls fixed by pneumatic system
