The electric insulation against high frequency is made by flexible but robust home made silicon rubber, which is a specialty of Weldtec®. The silicon rubber is resistant up to 260°C. All Weldtec® torches are manufactured from high conductive brass and copper. The connections are brazed with 40% silver wire which ensures the best heat transfer. Weldtec® TIG-torches are constructed for high production and long life time. The Weldtec® TIG-welding torches come in air- or water cooled version with capacities from 80 to 450 Amps.
