The Inline Model High Shear Rotor-Stator mixer design consists of a single, dual or four stage rotor that turns at high speed within a stationary stator. As the rotating blades pass the stator, they mechanically shear the contents. The Inline model is a good choice for process lines that require frequent changeover from one product to another. A simple valve can divert finished product downstream or switch instantly from one vessel to another. Interchangeable rotor-stator combinations provide unlimited flexibility to adopt to a variety of product formulations Standard Features: •1 HP TEFC motor designed for 115/230 volt, single phase, 50/60 Hz •Machine operates at 10,000 rpm •Standard single stage rotor/stator complete with disintegrating, slotted and fine screen stator heads •Single mechanical seal for operating pressure up to 45 psig with Viton elastomers •Stainless Steel type 316 wetted parts •Designed for bench or floor mounting •All non-Stainless Steel external surfaces coated with a white two-part epoxy paint available options: •Special single or double mechanical seals •Enclosed drive design including Stainless Steel work area •Stainless Steel or Carbon Steel Benches for mounting of machine •Sanitary design with special seals, polishes and connections •Special inlet flange with multiple inlets •Jacketed mix chamber •Recirculation systems with vessels, piping and valves •Special motors including explosion proof, Stainless Steel, wash-down and various voltages and frequencies •ontrols including variable frequency drives, explosion proof operator stations and Human Machine Interfaces
