Selective Ultrasonic-Sprayfluxing Function SelectaFlux is an highly efficiant System to apply flux for selective soldering applications. The Ultrasonic nozzle used in the SelectaFlux process, enables defined and homogenius atomizing of all types of flux materials. Atomizations is executed with low pressure. A guiding Airbeam can be controlled independant from the atomization process. SelectaFlux Retrofit-System is a complete System for easy Integration in existing machines. SelectaFlux Retrofit includes complete control of the fluxing process and flux material supply circuit. The spraybeam is adjustable and operates in a distance of 50 mm between nozzle tip and Substrate. The width of the spraybeam ranges between 2 and 5 mm.
