Product overview
Premade pouch counting and packing machine designed for gummies, capsules, tablets and a wide range of solid and liquid products across pharmaceutical, nutraceutical and food industries. Supports pouch widths from 50–220 mm and pouch lengths from 100–280 mm. Production speed depends on model and configuration (40–170 bags/min). Compatible with multiple filling technologies for flexible production lines.

Main operation
The system performs automatic pouch feeding, assisted pouch opening and shaping, product filling, air evacuation/degassing, heat sealing and finished pouch discharge using a synchronized multi-station indexing mechanism to ensure consistent cycle timing.
