ELECTRO-SPINDLES VS High speed electro-spindles for 4 and 5 axes CNC machines. Size 13, 14 Power 3.7–13.2 kW Conical clamping ISO 30-40 DIN 69871 Optional MAS BT-HSK Rapid, automatic or mechanical index tool unlock Device for 4th axis AX available only for size 14 Air cooling For more than fifty years, SACCARDO has been engineering and making motors and electro-spindles for the processing of different materials, including natural stone, wood, glass, ceramic, light-polymers and light-metals: not only standard products, but also custom solutions to meet the client’s specific needs. Technical features -Fixed by 3+3 holes M8. -Cooling with fan fitted on the shaft. -Pneumatic tool change rapid or automatic by TTL 1,024 ppr encoder (available only on VS 14). -Steel shaft with antioxidant treatment drilled for water passage and rotating joint. -External rotating joint “Rotorsystem” life-lasting greased without air pressurization need (available only on ISO 40). -Ball bearings choice made to guarantee the maximum noiseless and reliability over time, lubricated for life. Therefore no further periodic fat addition is required. -Both horizontal and vertical processing position allowed. -This electro-spindles are designed to be powered by an inverter -The standard insulating system uses enameled wiring and impregnation resins in H class (peak-to-peak 1,600 V tightness limit and rising edge ts > 0.1 μs at the terminals, IVIC B class of isolation).
