Manual welding machine Saldobag Manual welding machine with pneumatic descend of welding bars and cold cut with motorized traverse of blade suitable to thermo-weld or build LD or HD polyethylene bags of big dimensions, bottom welded or centrefold of strong thickness. The machine is built with 2 or 4 couple impulse welding bars, with electronic temperature control through Ropex instrument. The wires are on our special design. Thanks to our experience over than 25 years in building welding machines at impulse, we have built this special machine, strong, simple in use and maintenance and super-reliable. Completely designed and built in ITALY, with Italian, German and Japanese components, this machine is great reliable on world market. The machine is equipped with a motorized manual unwinder with a max.load of 800 kg, for rolls of inner core from 70 mm to 140 mm. The thickness of the film to be welded is from 50 to 250 microns, even gusseted.
